- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is everything you want in a credit union. Their service is almost always fast. Their building is spacious, and the staff is helpful not only in various issues that have come up, but often have the answers immediately and can instantly provide a solution. The mobile banking use to be AWFUL, but has gotten to where it is actually usable and reliable. I am surprised however, that their mobile platform does not allow the depositing of checks like my bank of america account back in 2013. They are behind the times only in this one area. I recently went to Japan with my wife for a week. I warned the bank a week before hand, and they were instantly able to allow the card to operate ONLY during the days while I was there and everything was flawless the whole time. My card worked just like a native Japanese person's card in Tokyo. I find it amusing that the headquarters for all of the first-community credit unions is this building here in coquille. I think that's why this branch is so pristine and spacious, but that's another reason I love it! Thanks to all the staff that helped us with a smile over the years!By Derek Stone, May 28, 2017
